Caryn Quinn - Owner

Caryn Quinn, has been a licensed employee and Benefits Consultant at Q&A Insurance Marketing, in Danville, CA, since 2000. She purchased the company in 2020 and is excited to see it continue to grow. Caryn prides herself on building strong client relationships by truly listening to their needs and helping to find long term solutions that are beneficial for both the employer as well as the employees. Providing the highest level of service as possible is extremely important to Caryn as that is what sets us apart as individuals, and more importantly, as an agency. She enjoys time with her family and friends, whether at a restaurant, attending an event, or simply sitting around the table or firepit together. Caryn and her husband have two adult children & a snuggly labradoodle. The family loves traveling, laughing, and cooking together!

Chelsea Sabre Lee - Benefits Consultant

Chelsea Sabre Lee is a Benefits Consultant at Q&A Insurance Marketing, Inc. Chelsea’s 19+ years of insurance industry experience helps her to create and implement strong employee benefits strategies for employers of all sizes. Her creativity in addition to her extensive background in accounting allow her to bring maximum value to employers and employees alike through their benefits package. Chelsea’s integrity and desire to help others drives her to listen and understand employers’ needs and consequently build long-lasting relationships with her clients. She has held a current California Health, Accident and Life Insurance license since 2006. Chelsea has a passion for the outdoors, her family, good food, great beer and all things Peloton.

Maria Mallari brings over 30 years of experience in the health care industry, beginning her career in 1993 at Health Net. Starting as a receptionist and switchboard operator, she quickly advanced through the organization, building a 25-year tenure marked by dedication and growth. Maria is passionate about fostering long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners. Her commitment to exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service has been a hallmark of her career. Outside of work, Maria enjoys hosting gatherings for family and friends. Her hobbies include baking, hiking, wine tasting, attending concerts, festivals, and plays—and she’s always up for a good shopping trip or cocktail hour.

Connie Linarez is the Bilingual Service Manager at Q&A Insurance Marketing. Connie is supporting our office and helps us reach our maximum potential with our bilingual clients. Connie prides herself in giving her best on all tasks assigned and finding a solution for any problems that may arise. While Connie enjoys her time at work, she loves spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking and hosting gatherings when possible, but most of all she loves creating charcuterie boards. Connie recently took on a like for fitness and enjoys rides on the Peloton.
Heidi Johnson - Service Manager

Heidi Johnson is a Service Manager for Q&A Insurance Marketing. She brings the team 25+ years of experience in business operations and strategic communications with an expertise in project management. She has overseen new business development, human resources, communications planning, events, research, creative development and website design projects. Heidi is a native of Montana but has called California home for more than 30 years. She graduated with a dual degree in Psychology and English Literature from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. She spends her free time hiking and designing costumes for a local theater while planning (and dreaming of) vacations off the beaten path.
