Caryn Quinn - Owner


Caryn Quinn has been a licensed employee and Benefits Consultant at Q&A Insurance Marketing since 2000. She recently purchased the company in 2020 and is excited to see it continue to grow. Caryn prides herself on building strong client relationships by truly listening to their needs and helping to find long term solutions that are beneficial for both the employer as well as the employees. Providing the highest level of service as possible is extremely important to Caryn as that is what sets us apart as individuals and more importantly, as an agency. She enjoys time with her family and friends, whether at a restaurant, attending an event, or simply sitting around the table or firepit together. Caryn’s and her husband have two college age kids & a snuggly labradoodle. The family loves traveling together, laughing and riding the Peloton bike!

Chelsea Sabre Lee - Benefits Consultant


Chelsea Sabre Lee is a Benefits Consultant at Q&A Insurance Marketing, Inc. Chelsea’s 14+ years of insurance industry experience helps her to create and implement strong employee benefits strategies for employers of all sizes. Her creativity in addition to her extensive background in accounting allow her to bring maximum value to employers and employees alike through their benefits package. Chelsea’s integrity and desire to help others drives her to listen and understand employers’ needs and consequently build long-lasting relationships with her clients. She has held a current California Health, Accident and Life Insurance license since 2006. Chelsea has a passion for the outdoors, her family, good food, great beer and all things Peloton.

Kelly Ann Doherty - Benefits Consultant



Kelly Ann Doherty is Sales and Relationship Employee Benefit Pro.  Joining the Q&A team when she was just a pup in the early 2000’s, she is proud to say that she grew up the “Q&A Way”.  With clients from Redding to Escondido, Kelly is true expert in the diverse marketplace that is California.  She proudly works as Benefit Consultant for the California Groundwater Association – where she is also a Board Member and Chair for two committees, the Kern County Builder’s Exchange in Bakersfield, and the Valley Contractors Exchange in Chico.  Relationships, Innovative Solutions and Customer Service are Kelly’s top priorities.  When not working, you can find Kelly playing golf or poker, cooking and drinking great wines and cocktails with her friends and family, and enjoying this gorgeous Golden State. 

Connie Linarez - Bilingual Service Account Manager



Connie Linarez is the Bilingual Administrative Assistant at Q&A Insurance Marketing.  Connie is supporting our office and helps us reach our maximum potential with our bilingual clients.  Connie prides herself in giving her best on all tasks assigned and finding a solution for any problems that may arise.  While Connie enjoys her time at work, she loves spending time with her family.  She enjoys cooking and hosting gatherings when possible, but most of all she loves creating charcuterie boards.  Connie recently took on a like for fitness and enjoys rides on the Peloton.

Sheila Simanes - Service Account Manager



Sheila Simanes is an Administrative Assistant for Q&A Insurance Marketing.  Sheila previously worked in the case management industry, dealing with chronic pain and catastrophic injured workers. She provided administrative and clerical assistance for her various medical teams and she brings a great level of empathy and understanding of the client's perspective with her. Sheila looks forward to bringing her experience to Q&A and to learn more about the insurance industry. Sheila loves to cook and bake with her five-year-old son. She enjoys road trips and planning mini adventures with her boy. Sheila also likes crafting and is always working on new projects.
